The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner/Primary Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt conveyor systems with belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. It features a durable blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip for extended longevity. The cleaner, available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, ensures proper cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Please note this cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
