The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is engineered for exceptional durability and performance in diverse applications. Featuring a robust MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner offers 3 times longer lifespan than standard urethane blades. Suitable for belt widths of 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, it is designed to fit both the QCâ„¢ #1; HD and PD Mainframes. Choose between a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Note: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
