The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty belt cleaners designed for maximum durability and performance in various applications. Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners outlast conventional blades by three times. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 84 inches to 96 inches, with a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM and service temperatures up to 160°F continuous/180°F intermittent. The available TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner ensures proper cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required.
