The MARTIN® QC⢠#1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners offer exceptional durability and performance for a variety of belt conveyor cleaning applications. Featuring a blade made of MAXIMIZER⢠Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners last three times longer than traditional urethane blades. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure, these pre-cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and can handle speeds of up to 900 FPM. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
