The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaners designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and maximum belt speeds of 900 FPM. Featuring the MAXIMIZER™ urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional durability, lasting three times longer than conventional blades. Choose between TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner options for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
