The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners offer exceptional durability and performance for a variety of conveyor applications. Built with a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners ensure longevity, lasting 3 times longer than standard urethane blades. Compatible with both QC™ #1; HD and PD Mainframes, they come with a MARTIN® TWIST™ Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and with a max service temperature of 160°F continuous; 180°F intermittent.
