Featuring a blade made of MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners last up to 3 times longer than conventional blades. Compatible with QCâ„¢ #1; HD and PD Mainframes, choose between a TWISTâ„¢ or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. With dimensions suitable for belt widths of 84 inches and pulley diameters of 12 to 16 inches, these pre-cleaners are ideal for high-speed belts in temperatures up to 180ºF intermittent and 160ºF continuous.
