The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners deliver exceptional durability and performance for a wide range of conveyor applications. Featuring a robust blade made of MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane with tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional blades by 3 times. Designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, these cleaners can withstand continuous temperatures up to 160°F and intermittent temperatures up to 180°F. Choose between a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance with minimal adjustments required. Please note that these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
