Equipped with a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip that lasts 3 times longer than conventional blades, these pre-cleaners fit seamlessly on the QCâ„¢ #1 HD Mainframe or the QCâ„¢ #1 PD Mainframe. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance. With a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM and a service temperature of up to 180°F intermittent, these pre-cleaners ensure efficient operation in various industrial applications.
