The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped belt cleaners designed to provide maximum durability and performance. Featuring a sturdy blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners last 3 times longer than conventional blades. With options for TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, maintenance is minimized while ensuring proper cleaning pressure. Measuring 90 inches in belt width, these cleaners are suitable for belt speeds up to 900 fpm and service temperatures ranging from 160°F to 180°F, making them versatile and efficient for various industrial applications.
