The MARTIN® QC⢠#1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped belt cleaners designed for maximum durability and performance. With a blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane featuring a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners last three times longer than conventional blades. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and offering a max belt speed of 900 FPM, these pre-cleaners ensure efficient cleaning while maintaining proper pressure with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
