The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty primary cleaners designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds up to 900 FPM. Featuring a durable MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional longevity, outlasting conventional blades by three times. Available with a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, these cleaners ensure proper cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Note: Not suitable for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
