The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty belt cleaners featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip for exceptional durability and performance. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96", with a max belt speed of 900 FPM and service temperatures up to 180ºF intermittent. Designed to fit the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe, these pre-cleaners come with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for precise cleaning pressure adjustment. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
