The MARTINÂ® QCâ„¢ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaners designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and maximum belt speeds of 900 FPM. With a robust MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than standard urethane blades, these cleaners offer exceptional durability and performance. Available with TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, they maintain optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Not suitable for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.

Replace the mainframe if it is bent.My Pre-Cleaner is wearing more in the center of the blade.The blade is too wide for this application. Replace with a shorter length blade.
