The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are heavy-duty solutions designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and maximum belt speeds up to 900 FPM. With a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a long-lasting tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners fit on both QCâ„¢ #1 HD and PD Mainframes. Choose between a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure, reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Note that these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
