The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners deliver unparalleled durability and performance for a variety of belt conveyor applications. Featuring a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners last 3 times longer than traditional blades. Designed for belt widths from 18" to 96" and capable of handling speeds up to 900 FPM, these cleaners ensure efficient material removal. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Note: Not for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
