The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are engineered for heavy-duty applications, offering maximum durability and performance. Equipped with a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional blades threefold. Designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds of 900 FPM, they can withstand continuous temperatures up to 160ºF and intermittent temperatures up to 180ºF. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for easy maintenance and optimal cleaning pressure.
