The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are designed for heavy-duty applications, offering exceptional durability and performance. Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with tungsten carbide, these cleaners last three times longer than conventional urethane blades. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and with a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM, these cleaners come with a choice of a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure and minimal adjustment needs.
