These cleaners feature a robust blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than conventional urethane blades. Whether mounted on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or PD Mainframe, the QC™ #1 Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Belt Cleaner ensures optimal cleaning pressure with options like the TWIST™ Tensioner, reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
