The MARTIN® QC™ #1 Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaner is a premium solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 900 FPM. With a durable blade featuring MAXIMIZER™ Urethane and a tungsten carbide tip that lasts 3 times longer than traditional blades, this cleaner ensures efficient belt cleaning. It can be easily fitted on the QC™ #1 Mainframe options and is offered with a TWIST™ Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
