The MARTIN® QC™ #1; Heavy-Duty MT Pre-Cleaner/Primary Cleaner is engineered for exceptional durability and performance, suitable for a wide range of conveyor applications. Featuring a MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip, it delivers three times the longevity of standard urethane blades. This cleaner, designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM, is available with a MARTIN® TWISTâ„¢ or Spring Tensioner to ensure consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note: Not compatible with belts using mechanical fasteners.
