OrderingBlade coverage is belt width minus 3 inches (76 mm). To protect belt edges, first blade on each end of cleaner assembly does not have tungsten carbide tip.ApplicationMartin Engineering recommends that the MARTIN® QC⢠#2; Secondary Belt Cleaning System be installed so the cleaning blade contacts the belt at a point 2 to 4 inches (51 to 102 mm) after the point where the belt leaves the head (discharge) pulley.
