The MARTIN® QC™ #1 Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaner sets a new standard for durability and performance in conveyor belt cleaning. With its MAXIMIZERâ„¢ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than traditional urethane blades, this cleaner is ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a max belt speed of 900 FPM. It is designed to fit perfectly on both the QCâ„¢ #1 HD Mainframe and the QCâ„¢ #1 PD Mainframe. Choose between a TWISTâ„¢ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent pressure and effortless maintenance. NB: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
