The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT (Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped) Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners offer exceptional durability and performance for a variety of conveyor belt applications. Featuring a robust blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a long-lasting tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional options by three times. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM, these cleaners are designed to fit the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
