The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for any conveyor, even on challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner options, it maintains cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
