The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback from belts without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including challenging 'worst-case' belt scenarios. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while blade lifespan is increased. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system simplifies maintenance. Choose from a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, both equipped with an easy-to-adjust lock pin ensuring consistent blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
