The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system enhances maintenance efficiency. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency, regardless of blade wear.
