The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the simple blade replacement system requires no tools. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency, regardless of blade wear.
