The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is a high-performance system designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and increases blade lifespan. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot-rolled or 316 SS tensioner, it ensures consistent cleaning efficiency.
