The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for a wide range of conveyor systems, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
