The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is engineered to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Ideal for maintaining high cleaning efficiency at belt speeds up to 800 FPM. Available with hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for enhanced durability and performance.
