The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning, making it suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
