Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning on any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, prolonging blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature enhances maintenance efficiency. Available with a choice of a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, this cleaner maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning performance.
