The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning on any conveyor, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, prolonging blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
