The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for use on a wide range of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with different blade options and tensioner types, this cleaner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency throughout its lifespan.
