The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, even in challenging 'worst-case' belt scenarios. With 3-inch wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible and easy installation, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures hassle-free maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ guarantees consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
