The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for all types of conveyors, even under challenging conditions. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency with adjustable blade-to-belt pressure.
