The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is a premium solution for effective carryback removal without causing damage to belts or cleaning edges. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures optimal cleaning for any conveyor type, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the easy-to-replace blades require no tools. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin, the MARTIN® SAF2™ maintains efficient cleaning regardless of blade wear.
