The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is a reliable solution for preventing carryback on conveyor belts of widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design with options for Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades, this cleaner effectively removes debris without damaging belts or splices. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, it ensures extended blade life and reduces the risk of belt damage. The clamp-mount design offers flexible installation, and the simple blade replacement mechanism enhances maintenance efficiency. The SAF2™ comes with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for consistent cleaning efficiency even with blade wear.
