The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, even under 'worst-case' conditions. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Additionally, it comes with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure adjustment.
