The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it is suitable for all types of conveyors, even 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and increasing blade lifespan. Its compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ comes with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, featuring a simple-to-adjust lock pin for consistent cleaning efficiency.
