The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 800 FPM. With 26 3" wide urethane blades, this cleaner effectively removes carryback without damaging belts. Its unique 'deflected blade' design ensures efficient cleaning even on 'worst-case' belts. The clamp-mount system allows for flexible installation options, while the blade replacement is tool-free and hassle-free. The cleaner comes with a choice of a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner that maintains the required blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning performance.
