The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaning system is ideal for various conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, while blade longevity is increased. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure adjustment.
