The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is ideal for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, and the simple blade replacement system does not require any tools. Additionally, the optional hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
