The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning components. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for versatile installation, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. With options for Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades and choice of mainframe material, this cleaner delivers consistent cleaning efficiency at belt speeds up to 800 FPM.
