The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner Kit is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures ease of maintenance. The kit includes a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with a lock pin for maintaining consistent blade-to-belt pressure.
