The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner Kit is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures gentle yet thorough cleaning for various conveyor belts, including 'worst-case' scenarios. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner with a lock pin mechanism, the SAF2™ maintains optimal cleaning efficiency throughout blade wear.
