The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner System is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner system is suitable for all conveyor types, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. The 3' wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design for easy installation and a simple no-tool blade replacement feature, the SAF2™ offers unparalleled cleaning performance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring constant blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
