The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures optimal cleaning for various types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this system reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Whether equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the SAF2™ maintains consistent cleaning efficiency by adjusting blade-to-belt pressure.
