The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner System is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3-inch wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the easy, no-tool blade replacement system ensures minimal downtime. Equipped with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure adjustment, this system maintains cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
